The day has come: on 6th March 2010, the Italian shipping company MSC Cruises is christening a ship in Germany for the first time - the MSC Magnifica. The patron of this eleventh ship in the fleet is the film icon Sophia Loren, with Eros Ramazzotti and Sasha giving their hits a go at the celebratory event. All Hamburg residents and visitors are invited to experience the christening under the banner ‘Carnival in Venice’.
